Our Documentary Film Making Process
Project Initiation &
Pre-Production
- We receive an inquiry or interest from you to produce a corporate film
- One of our experts will reach out to you within 24 hours
- We take the project brief from you and research more about your organization
- After an initial understanding a written brief and references are presented to you
- Once the brief and references are approved, a formal quotation/proposal is shared
Production
- Once the project is approved, a purchase order along with the specified advance needs to be released
- A creative team and account manager will be assigned to the project
- Creative aspects like script, dialogues, shoot locations, dates, cast and crew involved will be finalized
- Pre-production takes anywhere between 7-15 days depending upon the complexity of the project
Post-Production
- The creative team executes the shoot schedules as approved
- Once the shoot is wrapped up the raw footage is sent to editing team
- Elements like voice over, music, trimming etc will be carried out in this phase
- The first cut or draft is presented within 7 working days of the completion of shoot
- Any changes that need to be made in the video after the first cut is presented can be communicated
- A maximum of 4 corrections will be made and final output will be delivered in 2 working days after the first cut is presented, provided all corrections are submitted in a timely manner
